Roger Hiles served as a volunteer with Hospice Friends for almost 2 years before being hired as the Executive Director in August 2008. With many years of Administrative Management experience as his foundation, Roger works closely with the Hospice Friends Board of Directors to maintain the vision of the organization and foster community awareness about services offered by Hospice Friends.

Ian Kitts

Ian came to Hospice Friends in January 2010. Ian received his B.A. in Politics in Government with an emphasis in International Relations in 2008 from the University of Puget Sound. Ian has three years of experience working with the City of Tacoma's Human Rights and Human Services Department as well as serving an AmeriCorps*VISTA volunteer with RSVP in Yakima County.

At Hospice Friends, Ian coordinates all aspects of our volunteer program, provides services to patient clients and assists with many of the administrative responsibilities.

Janine Yoder

Janine comes to Hospice friends with many different work experiences. She received her Masters degree in Pastoral Studies from Multnomah Biblical Seminary in Portland, Oregon. Janine coordinates the Hospice Friends bereavement program and provides support upon request for those in need of comfort and assurance regarding spiritual issues.
