HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE? There are many ways to contribute to Hospice Friends. Every year over 750 individuals provide financial support to Hospice Friends. Another 100 people offer their time and skills as volunteers. Others may give in-kind donations or work to educate others about Hospice Friends and end-of-life issues. |

Ensure the continuation of Hospice Friends services to those in need by contributing financially. Give in memory of a loved one, pledge to send a monthly check, and/or leave Hospice Friends in your will. Currently over 95% of Hospice Friends’ budget comes from individual donors. Thus, without your tax-deductible donations Hospice Friends could not continue to serve the people of Kittitas County facing life threatening illnesses. Many employers, including Central Washington University and Kittitas Valley Community Hospital, also offer giving through payroll deduction. Hospice Friends offers volunteers a variety of options based upon your time, commitment, skills and references: everything from sitting with dying patients to helping with routine office tasks. Hospice Friends accepts medical equipment, supplies, and a variety of other items for special events. Inquire with the Hospice Friends’ staff to see what types of supplies and equipment are accepted. |
